How Maruti reduced auto-part inventory through a simple strategy

Maruti Suzuki is one of the iconic brands in India. The company does not stock its components. It has adopted an inventory management strategy, with the help of which it receives the auto parts two hours before their requirement. The company’s CIO Rajesh Uppal believes that this digital transformation is a journey and not a one-time process.
