Aakanksha Bhargava, CEO of PMR, India’s largest packers and movers company, has been breaking the glass ceiling in an unconventional and male-dominated industry right from the age of 21 years.

When Aakanksha Bhargava joined her father’s logistics business PM Relocations in 2007, she was looked upon as the boss’ daughter. Getting work done by male subordinates was difficult, clients acted apprehensively, and customers didn’t take her seriously. But with her zeal and perseverance, Aakanksha Bhargava is now an undisputed boss. She worked hard to change the perception of the people as well as the fortunes of her company.

In her leadership, the company drastically grew from Rs 2 crores to Rs 75 crores without any external funding.
